Social CBD offers a no-hassle return policy as long as you request the return within 30 days of your purchase. However, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, so it must be in its original packaging as well. Make sure to look at the refund and return policy on their web platform if you do need to return your product or need to replace it, because there are some products that are exempt from their policy. Shipping costs are also not refundable, and you’re responsible for shipping to return your product.

We’re glad we had a good experience with Social CBD, though their refund policy does not instill confidence that their products will be effective.
