There are a variety of different CBD oil products you can purchase which is sold as “Hemp Oil Spray” and “Hemp Oil Drops”. Products will range from 400mg of CBD+CBDa up to 2000mg of CBD. If you’ve never tried CBD I would recommend going with the 400mg and seeing if this has positive effects. If you want a stronger product right off the bat then try the 1000mg. You would be perfectly fine with the higher concentration oils as a beginner but it’s not worth spending higher prices if you feel benefits from weaker concentrations.
